So much for the myth that Obama would have problems in key swing states. He's already got a significant lead in those states. McCain might as well be the incumbent so his numbers can only get worse. The media has been shouting for 8 years about how great McCain is, how much of a maverick he is, how different he is. There isn't a person in this country who hasn't heard of him and developed an opinion about him.
Clinton and McCain have spent the last few months throwing everything they could think of at him, including preposterous claims of drug use and gay sex manufactured by some crazy guy. If Obama's numbers are this good even after that, it's a very good sign.
