How many years do you have to be in Congress, and how many lobbyists do you have to have living in your ass, before you stop being an outsider? Of course, this deference is only given to Republicans. Obama's only been in Washington for a few years and somehow they've decided he's more of an insider than McCain who's been in Washington for a few decades.
